Unlike brands such as Lumineers, traditional veneers are more permanent and the procedure includes irreversible changes to the teeth. Traditional veneers are perfect for patients whose teeth conditions are severe and require considerable repairs.

Once you and our dentists determine that a traditional veneer is the right option for your tooth, we will schedule an appointment to prepare your tooth for veneers. Preparation includes buffing and shaping your tooth, and typically requires removing a half a millimeter of the tooth (local anesthesia is administered). We will also take a mold of your tooth so that the lab can fabricate your veneer.

At your final visit, our doctors will bond your specially-made veneer to your tooth. This process takes an hour or two, and is done under local anesthesia.
